Pre and Post Sales Solutions Engineer for North America

As an integrated part of the sales team, the Solutions Engineer will be responsible for the overall solution design for prospects and current customers based on Cytegic’s technology. The Solutions Engineer will provide guidance, security systems analysis and have knowledge of various intelligence feeds. The candidate will coordinate customer requirements with R&D regarding subsystems and the integration with the total system. The candidate will Identify, analyze and resolve program support needs to cater for all customer needs. The candidate will need to ensure accurate root cause analysis based on issues, recommend corrective actions and participate in lesson-learn processes with the R&D team. Collaboration with security technologists, systems engineers, and development management to oversee execution of deliverables by suppliers in an outsourced development model may all encompass the role as well.

Working closely with US Sales leadership, The Solutions Engineer will develop customer opportunities  and take an active roll in selling Cytegic solutions spanning industry and research. The candidate will act as technical liaison between partner and Cytegic on pre-sales situations and solution requirements. 

Must have good working knowledge of Infrastructure, preventive and detective security controls. Experience with enterprise customers and experience working with CISO and CIO/CTO level. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and communicate with complex matrixes teams across the region. 

Role Responsibilities: 
– Quota-carrying Enterprise Technical Sales team member to advance Cytegic’s solutions and offers presence in the respective region with a focus on cybersecurity. 
– Develop customer opportunity and sell Cytegic’s solutions spanning industry and research. 
– Focused on driving sales plan for the solutions portfolio 
– Establish and cultivate ongoing business relationships with customers and Business Partners to facilitate additional business opportunities 
– Conduct and/or participate in product presentations, demos, evaluations and ROI analyses directed at current or prospective partners 
– Act as technical liaison between sales team, partners and Cytegic R&D on pre-sales situations, solution requirements and future product direction for the market 
– Expected to stay current on technology, competitive marketplace & provide constant feedback to development & product groups 
– Will be a solutions evangelist which will include pre-sales and post-sales training, presenting to customers and channel partners 
– Advance Cytegic solutions and business value, increase industry exposure through presentations and speaking engagements across key industry events, establish & foster relationship with global industry 

Requirements: 
– 5+ years of experience in sales engineering capacity with a strong emphasis on driving security solutions targeted at various market verticals 
– Familiarity with cyber security technologies, network and infrastructure technologies and be able to effectively communicate the pros and cons to a prospect 
– Experience with enterprise customers and experience working with CISO/CIO/CTO level 
– Excellent presentation and communication skills 
– Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and communicate with complex matrixed teams across the region 
– Must be able to travel 50% depending on projects and customer needs 

Preferences: 
– Previous customer focused technical training and support experience related to workloads, applications and deep understanding of CISO/CIO OPEX and CAPEX sizing and operational models a plus 
– Bachelors in Engineering, CS/MS/Business or related field equivalent 

 

VP of Sales, North America

In charge of all Sales and Channel activities for Cytegic

Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of North American Sales will be accountable to build, direct and manage all aspects of sales, personnel and programs that align with corporate strategy, goals and objectives.  The candidate must demonstrate an exceptional ability to drive and lead sales while being savvy in security and enterprise IT. The candidate will be responsible for achieving or exceeding quarterly, annual and sustained revenue growth through strategic business planning for both product sales and services.  The candidate will be responsible for personally selling to new accounts while building a sales team.  The candidate will own account management and be responsible for additional revenue opportunities in existing accounts as well as defining and expanding Cytegic’s brand image as the preferred, unified solution for strategic cybersecurity management needs. The candidate will sell to the “C-Suite” and be competent and capable of interfacing with the client’s technical teams. 

  • Must have experience in managing a national sales force combined with a working knowledge of the various markets/cultures in which Cytegic executes business, their different sales/marketing requirements, and additional expertise as follows:
  • Depth of cybersecurity industry knowledge including security software solutions in enterprise environments including selling into the C-suite (CTO, CISO, CEO)
  • Growing Cytegic market share among North American cybersecurity solutions, enhancing enterprise sales, and core business and strategic relationships
  • Proven track record of success in leading a global sales/marketing organization.
  • Proven capability in managing sales force to achieve sales forecast and growth requirements on a consistent basis
  • IT Systems and Security market knowledge – various concepts and their unique requirements including data infrastructure, security controls and maintenance practices, systems integration, risk management and federal cybersecurity law and procedures
  • Background in security software and solution sales (7-10 years)
  • Must be articulate and champion the advantages of Cytegic, with outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Must have the ability to create lasting relationships with customers
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and understand new markets and applications
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple opportunities and issues simultaneously

Cybersecurity Expert

Cytegic is looking for a candidate that can help automate the collection and analysis of defensive cyber technologies that help assess an organizations maturity implementation level and how they rank against cyber-attacks. Being part of a team that designs and builds the methodology infrastructure for our products.

  • Hands-on experience with defensive cyber technologies such as firewalls, WAF, IPS, DLP, IdM, NAC, etc.
  • Knowledge of cyber security practices, principles and standards – Attackers, Attack Methods, etc.
  • The candidate should be a self-starter, self-learner and self-discipline
  • CISSP / CISM / CRISC is an advantage

Professional Services

As an integrated part of the PS team, the candidate will be responsible for the overall solution implementation for prospects and current customers based on Cytegic’s technology. The PS will provide guidance, security systems analysis and have knowledge of various intelligence feeds. The candidate will coordinate customer requirements with R&D regarding subsystems and the integration with the total system and will work closely with the Pre / Post sales engineer.

  • Building infrastructures, designing projects and documentations
  • Conducting POC and full deployments
  • Technical focal point and a part of product design team

Requirements: 
– 5+ years of experience in sales engineering capacity with a strong emphasis on driving security solutions targeted at various market verticals 
– Familiarity with cyber security technologies, network and infrastructure technologies and be able to effectively communicate the pros and cons to a prospect

Sales Manager

Will be in charge of sales for Cytegic within a vertical focus, potential verticals may include but are not limited to Government and Financial Services.

Reporting to the Vice President of North American Sales.  The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving quarterly, annual and sustained revenue growth through strategic business planning for both product sales and services.  Responsible for personally selling to new accounts while leveraging Cytegic’s solutions to current customers.  The Sales Manager will own account management and be responsible for additional revenue opportunities in existing accounts while defining and expanding Cytegic’s brand image as the preferred, unified solution for strategic cybersecurity management needs.
